Barbco's BD500-TK Directional Drilling MAXI Rig. Powered by a 700 H.P. C-18  Caterpillar diesel engine. The BD500-TK can produce an actual 500,000 lb of thrust or pullback and rotation of 63,000 ft/lb of torque simultaneously. The Barbco design offers a four point stabilizer system, large engine compartment and an enclosed, expanding cab with heat and air conditioning. The BD500-TK is manufactured on Caterpillar 345 undercarriage achieving a ground bearing pressure of 8.50 psi. The BD500-TK electrical system is made up of modular wiring harnesses and the hydraulic system is equipped with diagnostic ports and hose identification tags.
